We are looking for a Customer Success Team Leader – North America to lead and scale our Customer Success efforts across the region. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will manage and support a growing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), ensuring that our North American customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their life cycle, from onboarding to renewal. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a leader who can drive team performance, customer outcomes, and regional growth.
